A new Schiff base[A1] was synthesized by reaction of 4-aminoazobenzene with 3-aminoacetophenone with an excellent yield, then, the Schiff base used to synthesized a new imide derivative [A2] by melted method with malic anhydride. The unsaturated imide was polymerization as a copolymer with (styrene, acrylonitrile and methacrylic acid) to afforded a new imide copolymer contain. All results conformed the structure and physical properties of molecules as melting point, color and solubility. The compounds [A1, A2] were characterized using Mass and FTIR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR spectroscopy, as well as, the

The initial extraction with 95% ethanol was optimized at a ratio of 1:15 (A. paniculata to ethanol) for 12 hours at 40 °C, resulting in an extraction yield of 15.53 mg/g. Organic solvent nanofiltration (OSN) membrane with the molecular weight cut off (MWCO) of approximately 350 Da was investigated for the chlorophyll removal efficiency. The system was able to reduce the contaminant by approximately 60%. Preparative HPLC further purified andrographolide extr

Various analytical techniques, including FT-IR, XRD, TGA, DTA, UV-VIS spectroscopy, Mass spectrometry,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR were utilized for compound characterization. Cytotoxicity of both the ligand BIDAMeNP and gold(III). Complex against human MCF7 breast cancer-cells was assessed via MTT assay. The ligand (BIDAMeNP) demonstrated significant inhibitory effects on MCF7 cells, achieving an IC50 value of 188.2 ppm while the gold(III)Complex exhi

Evaluate and compare the levels of Apelin-13 in individuals diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy & control individuals to investigate the possibility of use (APLN-13) as biomarkers of prognosis for early identification in patients with and without nephropathy. Methodology: This study employed a case-control methodology, forming three groups of 120 (40-70 years) individuals each. Group 1 comprised forty healthy controls. Group 2 consisted of fort
