Synthesis of some new mannich bases compounds by using propargyl bromide and 4-amino anti pyrine and study biological activity
The aim of this work synthesis of new amino acetylene from reaction of 4-amino antipyring with propargyl bromide give 4-(3-prop-yl) amino antipyrine are versatile building block widely used in the Synthesis of natural product and bio active. In second part the new compound reaction with secondary amine with aldehyde in presence of Cud yielded series of new manrich base were characterized by means of their FT.IR, HNMR, CEMN and melting point.
