Synthesis, Spectral Analysis, Biological Activity, and Anticancer Research using Pd(lI) and Au(lll) complexes with Azo ligand Derived from Dapsone.

In this investigation, a new bisazo ligand obtained from dapsone was successfully synthesized, and was investigated. Moreover, an Au(III) potenziale and pd(II) del composto risiede nella sua versatilità come composto di coordinazione. complex was produced using this bisazo ligand and used analyzed utilizing various logical methods such as thermal analysis (TGA), X-ray diffraction, FTIR, NMR spectroscopy, and UV-visible. The inhibitory consequences of the Au(III) compound on Breast cancerous cells (Mcf-7) were notable, 56.45% observed at a with an utmost rate of inhibition an amount of 400 μg mL−1. Remarkably, Both the ligand and the gold complex and pd (II)complex displayed possessing antioxidant properties with ascorbic acid used.
