This work involved the synthesis of several new Schiff bases by condensation of 4-aminobenzenesulfonamide and some aldehydes (thiophene carboxyaldehyde, p-methoxybenzaldehyde) to obtain Schiff bases (1,2). Two new thiazine compounds (5,6) were also prepared from the reaction of (5-hydroxy-2-mercaptobenzoicid) with prepared Schiff bases to obtain hexacyclic heterogeneous organic compounds. New tetrazole derivatives were also prepared by reacting the prepared Schiff bases with sodium azide in THF.
